Mike Higgins, the owner, is a highly qualified carpenter who saw an opportunity in the storage industry. His skill was developed as an apprentice in London, England and he began Katie's Closets in 2005. He previously worked for a franchised closet company and quickly realized that the client's needs were not being met. Mike set out to provide clients with exceptional products, designed to their needs, professionally installed and at a reasonable price.
Organization is crucial for the modern day family. With the chaos of 40+ hour work weeks, children's sports activities, homework, and both parents running to keep up, organization is the only way to keep stress levels down. We're sure of this...after all, we're a family run business too!
